Shipping policy

Parcels are sent from our studio in Adelaide, South Australia on Tuesday and Fridays.

We ship with Australia Post and once your package is on its way you will receive a tracking number via email.

When multiple items are ordered, they will be packaged and shipped together. If you need items shipped at different times or locations an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Incorrect Address Details

Please take care when entering your delivery details at checkout.

Ash Flynn Jewellery cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to resend it once the correct address has been confirmed (additional shipping charges may apply).

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will update it before your order is dispatched.

Free Domestic Shipping (Australian Customers) 

You will receive free standard shipping when you purchase products to the value of $200 or more. 

If you would like to add insurance to your parcel please say so in the notes section of your shopping cart. I can arrange this for you at an additional cost. 

$7.90 Flat Rate Domestic Shipping (Australian Customers)

For orders under $200 shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.90 for all Australian customers. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used to ship all items in Australia. This service includes tracking. 

If you would like to add insurance to your parcel please say so in the notes section of your shopping cart. I can arrange this for you at an additional cost. 

 $12.90 Flat Rate Express Shipping (Australian Customers)

If you require express shipping a flat rate of $12.90 is available to Australian customers. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used to ship all items in Australia. This service includes tracking. 

Shipping For Solid Gold Products 

Orders of solid gold pieces have complimentary Express Shipping, that comes with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.

International Shipping 

Ash Flynn Jewellery currently ship to Europe, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore.

All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Ash Flynn Jewellery is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $10. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used to ship all items in Australia. This service includes tracking.  

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is free on orders of $250 or more. 

Singapore

Standard Shipping to Singapore is charged at a flat rate of $15. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used to ship all items in Australia. This service includes tracking.  

Standard Shipping to Singapore is free on orders of $250 or more. 

Europe, Canada & UK

Standard Shipping to Europe, Canada & UK is charged at a flat rate of $20. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used to ship all items in Australia. This service includes tracking.
