Refund policy

Return & Exchange

If you change your mind we are happy to for you to return your item for exchange or for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

 All items returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn.
  • Items must be in original condition, no signs of wear, damage or scratches.
  • Items must be in original packaging and properly placed in the box or pouch it was received in.
  • Be returned with 30 days.

 Items which cannot be returned or exchanged are:

  • Personalised, customised pieces or made to order pieces.
  • Due to sanitary reasons we cannot except returns on earrings.
  • Items not returned in original packaging, or show signs of being worn, scratched or damaged.
  • Items returned outside of the 30 day timeframe.
  • Sale items.
  • Cancellation of pre-order items.

Ash Flynn Jewellery does not cover the cost of return postage. It is recommended that you keep proof of postage and the tracking number so you can track your return. Should the returned item not meet the return conditions, Ash Flynn Jewellery has the right to deny a return. Once a return has been received and assessed a credit voucher will be issued and sent via email. 

Exchanges can be made for items of equal value. Exchanges will incur a shipping cost. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your item develops any manufacturing faults within six months of purchase, Ash Flynn Jewellery will gladly repair or replace the product at no cost and cover return postage. If a repair or replacement is not possible a full refund will be issued. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Ash Flynn Jewellery reserves the right to assess and determine fault with a product prior to processing a replacement or refund. 

If a piece shows signs of improper care or damage due to wear and tear we can repair the piece at a cost. An estimate for the repair will be given prior to the repair and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please ensure your pieces are securely packaged and ensure you retain proof of purchase and the tracking number. Ash Flynn Jewellery does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Please follow these steps if you wish to return your purchase:

  1. Email info@ashflynnjewellery.com.
  2. Post your purchase and original packaging to the return address provided.
  3. Include the purchase order number and return address.
